Plan Development: 90 Day Training Game Plan for Supervisors (Coursework Sample) Content: 90 Day Game PlanStudentà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s NameInstitutional Affiliation90 Day Game PlanGiven the fact that about 75 percent of the supervisory staff in my company will be eligible to retire within the next five years, it has become clear that new supervisors need to be groomed to fill the gap that will be left. Consequently, it is prudential to formulate a 90-day game plan that will provide a much-needed guideline in the departmentà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s succession planning efforts. To achieve the mentioned goal, the 90 days will be divided into three equal periods with different milestones to be met.The first session will cover the initial 30 days, and it will be the most significant. During this time, the most deserving candidates will be identified based on four main areas of merit: decision making, creativity, planning, and crisis management (Goetsch, Davis, 2014). Accordingly, they will undergo various tests on each of the mentioned aspects, and those that excel will be selected to continue with the second phase of the training. After the best candidates have been selected, they will be subjected to a leadership training program for the next 30 days. Learning activities will take place at a specified company hall based on a schedule that will be prepared. Besides, those who will not be available to attend the classes physically will have the option of video conferencing. It is important to point out that their training will entail the learning of managerial skills that will come in handy once they become supervisors (Bolton, Ockenfels, Thonemann, 2012).
